The celebration of the 113th anniversary of the founding of the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo started very early, at 7 am, with the Alvorada do Remo, followed by the traditional Flotilha (parade of rowing crews, in Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas).

The excitement took over Boca Maldita, with the traditional Chocolate Amigo and Reco Reco. At 11 a.m., under the blessing of Father Lucio Antônio Veleda, canon of the São José Church in Lagoa, an Ecumenical Act was held in the São Judas Chapel.

The highlight of the day was the diploma ceremony for the 13 new Embassies of the Red-Black Nation. In the presence of President Marcio Braga, former president Hélio Paulo Ferraz, vice president of planning Mario Cruz, director of planning Alexandre Moraes, and presidential advisor and project sponsor Marilene Dabus, representatives of the 13 new Embassies were honored with diplomas and gifts.

"It's an honor and a thrill to welcome you all today. The Nação Rubro-Negra Project is a revival of its fans and a recognition of all the effort and sacrifice made for Flamengo. Through the internet, we've been able to strengthen ties and make this possible," said Mario Cruz, creator of the Embaixadas da Nação Project.
