Andrade, coach - "I'm very happy to stay here and I'm sure the relationship will be the best possible. I hope that 2010 will be a year of even more victories and we'll work hard to achieve that."
Diego Hypolito, gymnast – "I'm very happy because Patrícia represents a change at Flamengo. I know she'll do everything she can for the club, and that's already a huge positive. Of course, football is the priority, but I know she'll invest in Olympic sports and everything else the club needs. Of course, she won't improve everything overnight, but I believe in her work."
Alvaro Lionides, president of the Rio de Janeiro State Basketball Federation - "Patrícia is a great basketball advocate, and it's always important to have basketball supporters at the helm of major clubs. Flamengo has been having great campaigns in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and South America, and that's very good for us."
Vitor Pimenta, member of the Urubuzada management board - "We hope that Patrícia will help the club to be even more successful in 2010. Not just in football, but in all sports."
Marcos Braz, vice president of football – "I believe the renewal was thanks to hard work. Winning the sixth championship was an important title, but I believe that firmness in decision-making and financial movement was also fundamental to extending my contract with the club."
Virna, former volleyball player – "I'm very proud to see Patrícia on the top step of the podium. I had the honor of wearing the jersey and becoming a champion for this wonderful club, and she helped me a lot here. I have no doubt that the work will be done in the best possible way and that she will strongly support Olympic sports. I believe in her tenacity and dedication and I take this opportunity to make myself available for whatever she needs."
André Guimarães, basketball supervisor - "Patrícia has always been a great supporter of Flamengo basketball, and we all welcomed this election. I'm sure she'll do her best to manage the club in the best possible way, and we're rooting for her. Basketball has achieved the titles it has, largely because of Patrícia, and we hope to continue this streak with her as president."
\Marcio Braga, former president - "We were three-time state champions, we won the sixth title, we were two-time Brazilian champions in basketball, and we achieved significant victories in rowing. Everyone who achieved this is at your feet to serve you and help Flamengo experience a new moment. I will be as close to you as your phone."
