The new Sacred Mantle of Flamengo players and the red-and-black fans was presented on Thursday night (23.05) at a major event in Rio de Janeiro. The color red dominates the shirt and four black stripes can be seen on the front. The number two uniform is predominantly white, with a thick red stripe, and black on the top and sleeves.

"It's good, I like it. It's not too flashy. It's a nice color, but the most important thing is that it can help us have a good year," said goalkeeper Felipe, referring to the new shirt. His teammate, Gabriel, also approved of what he saw: "The new sponsor's shirt is very good and comfortable. I hope to score a lot of goals in it."

In addition to Gabriel and Felipe, young Caio Rangel, number 10 for the youth team, Marcelo Moreno, Hernane, and Renato Abreu served as models for the unveiling of the new uniform. Around 400 people attended the event, including Jorge Ben Jor, who sang for the audience, board members, prominent fans, Mais Querido idols, and celebrities.

The new shirt debuts next Sunday (23.05), when Flamengo will face Santos in Brasília, in the first round of the Brasileirão. But, from this Friday (23.05), fans can already find it on sale in many sporting goods stores.
