President Lula appointed Flamengo's lawyer, Pedro Trengrouse, to participate in a technical visit to the United Kingdom to discuss matters related to the 2014 FIFA World Cup, which will be held in Brazil. Alcino Reis Rocha, responsible for football affairs at the Ministry of Sports, is coordinating the delegation, which also includes José Hilário Nunes de Medeiros, national coordinator of public security at the Ministry of Justice. The Brazilian mission departs on Tuesday, October 07th, and will have a busy schedule, including meetings with Gerry Sutcliffe and Richard Caborn, both members of the English Parliament and, respectively, Minister of Sports and Ambassador for England's bid to host the 10 FIFA World Cup. The highlight will be on Saturday, when the Brazilian delegation will be received by Prince William in the royal box at Wembley for the England-Kazakhstan match.
