Alexandre Pato meets Patricia Amorim in Gávea

Young Milan striker is treating a shoulder injury at Flamengo

Recovering from a shoulder injury at Flamengo, Milan striker Alexandre Pato met with club president Patricia Amorim last Monday (06.06). The director, who had received a shirt of the player from the Italian club's vice-president of football, Adriano Galliani, in January, during negotiations for the signing of Ronaldinho Gaúcho, also received an autograph.

Pato has been undergoing treatment since last Sunday (05.06) to try to participate in the Copa América for the Brazilian national team. He was injured in the last round of the Italian Championship, won by Milan, and was grateful for the opportunity.

"I just have to thank Flamengo and Vanderlei Luxemburgo for giving me the opportunity to train at this club that has been champion so many times. I feel like I'm getting better from my injury. Today I was able to do some movements that I hadn't been able to do before and I'm very happy about that," said Pato.
