Flamengo's arraiá gathered hundreds of people in Gávea this Saturday (16.07). Athletes, members and guests were able to enjoy typical food and games and watch a square dance tournament.

Carlinhos Violino Square, in front of the Mais Querido da Gávea restaurant, gave way to stalls selling sausages, caldo verde, candied apples, and other June delicacies. A mechanical bull, a trampoline, and a slide delighted the children, who were lulled to the sounds of live forró music.

Olívia Baeta, a 19-year-old student, attended the party and enjoyed the attractions offered by the club.

"I'm having a lot of fun. The food is delicious and everyone is very excited. I never imagined this space, which had nothing before, would be so full and beautiful. It's super cool," he said.

The festival, which started at noon, entertained people until late at night.
