Patricia Amorim's management assessment is excellent
Survey shows that members are very satisfied with the mandate of the red-black leader

The second opinion poll on Patrícia Amorim's tenure at Flamengo was conducted by the Bureau of Statistics and Strategies (BEE) between June 18th and 30th, and yielded excellent results. Among Flamengo's 486 members, 76% rated the manager's performance as excellent, while only 1,2% rated it as poor or terrible, a 6,6% drop in the number of dissatisfied members.
The study was conducted in two parts. The first consisted of interviews with 253 members who frequent the club's headquarters. The second was conducted via telephone contact with 233 members from all existing categories. Respondents were asked to rate their satisfaction with the current management on a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 represents extreme dissatisfaction and 5 represents extreme satisfaction.
In addition to this assessment, a series of opinions were raised regarding the headquarters and the club in general, which will help in prioritizing future actions that the current administration intends to implement.
The partners also evaluated the current state of Gávea, where the same five options represented: the current Gávea headquarters "has gotten much worse," "has gotten worse," "has neither improved nor worsened," "has improved," and "has improved a lot." In this regard, Patricia Amorim achieved a 71.4% positive evaluation (improved + much improved), compared to 1.7% negative evaluation (worsened + much worsened). Another 20.9% of respondents believe nothing has changed, and 6% declined to answer this question because they do not visit the headquarters.
Finally, members' opinions regarding the transfer of football to the George Helal Training Center in Vargem Grande were also surveyed. Similar to the previous surveys, members expressed broad approval of the measure: 78.1%, compared to only 7.7% who expressed a negative opinion.
Reasons
With just over a year and a half in office, Patricia Amorim has been "putting the house in order," as she promised during her campaign. Throughout this period, numerous improvements have been made to Flamengo's headquarters. Furthermore, the Flamengo Training Center is also being built, as is the Flamengo Museum, both historic milestones for the club.
The challenge began in the first week of my administration. With the help of a general services company, nine tons of debris were removed from Gávea. With the house "clean," it was time to get to work.
Major renovations include restoring the aluminum bleachers and painting the rusty railings around the pool. The entrance on Gilberto Cardoso Street, which was overgrown with weeds and debris, was revitalized, and the children's park, named Espaço Uruba e Urubinha, now features a synthetic turf field, a play court, a small playground, and a state-of-the-art playground.
The Hélio Maurício gymnasium also underwent a major renovation, the first since its construction in 1990. The court now features a floating floor, following international standards, new backboards and scoreboards, and new locker rooms and restrooms.
Carlinhos Square also underwent a makeover. The paving was replaced, trees were replanted, new lighting was installed, and a bust honoring one of the greatest names in the history of red-and-black football was unveiled: Luis Carlos Nunes da Silva, known as Carlinhos Violino.
In the sauna, the tiles in the pool and steam room were replaced, as well as the wood in the dry sauna. The sauna was also painted, and the bar was upgraded. The second floor of the social headquarters also received a brand-new bathroom, and the medical station received new furniture.
At Flapel's field, the synthetic turf was fully restored, and the Nunes Space was inaugurated, with locker rooms and a barbecue area. The futsal court, named Quadra Adílio e Julio César, was also restored. The unevenness that marked the area for 30 years is no longer there. The locker rooms at Alameda Fla Boutique and the pool have new doors, renovated by the club's own employees.
All the bars at the headquarters were also renovated, first those in Alameda and Tênis, then the one by the pool.
The opening of the second phase of the children's playground, with a party room and barbecue area, the new club office, which will be next to FlaConcept, and the Flamengo Museum, with construction in full swing, are scheduled for the coming months.
