Fla-Mulher has innovated another excellent activity for its members. Next Sunday (November 9th), a hike will be held at Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon. The meeting point will be at the CRF nautical headquarters at 9:11 am, with a fruit table upon return.

There is no limit to the number of spaces available. To participate in the walk, members simply need to go to Fla-Mulher and pick up their "ticket" (t-shirt).

The course, which will be monitored by a doctor, will run from the nautical headquarters to Corte do Cantagalo. Water aerobics instructor Helena will be in charge of stretching before the circuit.
