From 8 a.m. to 21 p.m., members of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo voted in the elections for the Deliberative Council's temporary body. The Blue List won the election with 764 votes to the white list's 426. Thus, 75% of the 115 seats in the race went to the winning list.

In total, 1196 members turned out to vote. There was one blank vote and five spoiled votes.
