With the return of Renato Augusto and the signing of Ibson, Roger and Maxi, Fla is recovering

Striker Souza left Flamengo's training match yesterday morning. The player arrived at Ninho do Urubu in Vargem Grande with some friends to watch the training session. When supervisor Isaías Tinoco warned him it was prohibited, the striker became angry, argued with the manager, and left the training session.
This isn't the first time a dispute has arisen between Isaías and Souza. While Flamengo was in Minas Gerais preparing for the match against Atlético Mineiro, the player was publicly reprimanded, along with supporter Léo Lima, by the Flamengo supervisor for an act of indiscipline.
Fined\ Despite having abandoned training, according to vice president of football Kleber Leite, the striker will be fined—the amount was not disclosed—as punishment. However, Souza's concern lies elsewhere. Since Flamengo signed striker Maxi Biancucchi and is expected to soon have the return of its favorite Obina, behavior like his could end up relegating him to the bench. For now, his situation seems to be calm, as coach Ney Franco has mitigated the issue.\
"Something unexpected happened during training, and this will be discussed with the board. Souza committed an act of indiscipline and abandoned the training match. We need to resolve this calmly, as he is a very important player for the team, and I hope to have him for next week's game.
