Flamengo was swiftly acquitted unanimously on Monday of the accusation of facilitating the entry of José Alves de Moura, known as the Kisser, onto the Maracanã pitch to disrupt the August 26 match against Goiás. The session lasted just over two minutes.
The club was defended by the legal director of the football department, Michel Assef Filho, who needed just 20 seconds to support the red-black defense, as he felt that the committee would absolve the club.
"It's the Kisser, who has invaded the Maracanã pitch a few times. He's a figure who inspires empathy in the audience," Michel said, recalling that José Alves once kissed Frank Sinatra during a Maracanã concert.
Caixa Econômica Federal releases Timemania list
Only one club is left out. In total, there are 98 clubs sharing the share.

Of the 99 clubs initially projected by the Ministry of Sports, only Grêmio Maringá is not included in Timemania. In fact, it no longer exists. In its place, Adap Galo Maringá, from Paraná, was chosen, having not been invited to participate in the new lottery. The other 98 clubs on the new list were included, which was confirmed Monday night by Caixa Econômica Federal.
According to Caixa's press office, all 98 clubs submitted the documentation correctly, including Corinthians and Vasco. Executives from these clubs are facing legal action, but they were included in the new lottery.
Alvinegro Paulista, however, sent documentation to Caixa Econômica, including certified copies of the entity's articles of association, minutes of the board election, CNPJ and CPF and identity of the current directors - whose records would be clean, unlike other removed officials.
The next step in regulating Timemania is for clubs to negotiate with their creditors. Each club has until October 11th to settle its debts with federal creditors—the INSS (National Institute of Social Security), the Severance Indemnity Fund (FGTS), the Tax Revenue Service, the Social Security Revenue Service, and the Attorney General's Office of the National Treasury.
Caixa Econômica's perspective is that Timemania will have its first test this year.

Coach Joel Santana was forced to field four defensive midfielders for Flamengo's derby against Vasco da Gama in the 26th round of the Brazilian Championship this Sunday. The coach is hoping the starters will return for Sunday's match against Juventude in Caxias do Sul to provide more attacking options.
The manager, who had only Renato Augusto, Paulo Sérgio, and Obina in the attack, lost the first two players early in the derby to injuries. Souza, suspended, and Maxi, with a right thigh problem, also missed the match.
"We were without Souza and Maxi, and we also lost Renato Augusto and Paulo Sérgio. We were without four forwards, which is a lot. Any team in Brazil or anywhere in the world finds it difficult to rebuild with so many absences," said the coach.
Another who could return is midfielder Ibson, who still has a problem with his right ankle.

Striker Paulo Sérgio underwent surgery Monday morning at Pasteur Hospital in Méier, Rio de Janeiro's North Zone, and is doing well. The player suffered a fractured left collarbone in a challenge for the ball with Vasco defender Dudar during Sunday's 1-1 draw at Maracanã Stadium in the 26th round of the Brazilian Championship.
Flamengo doctor José Luis Runco commented on the intervention and the player's recovery period.
"He had surgery to fix his clavicle fracture and is doing well. He will be discharged this Tuesday and should return to training next week," the red-and-black doctor told Rádio Brasil.

The player suffered a grade II strain in his right thigh and had to be substituted nine minutes into the first half. In an interview with Rádio Brasil, doctor José Luiz Runco revealed that Renato will likely be sidelined for at least 15 days due to the injury.\
"He suffered a grade two muscle strain in his right thigh. This requires a four- to six-week treatment period. But we'll work to get the response we expect so we can return him to physical training in two weeks," the doctor confirmed. Muscle strains range from grade one, the mildest, to grade three, the most severe.
Obina will be tried this Tuesday

The forward was charged under Article 253 – physical assault – of the Brazilian Code of Sports Justice (CBJD), and if found guilty, he could face a minimum 120-day suspension.\
But Michel Assef Filho, legal director of the club's football department, does not agree with the indictment in the article and will try to discredit it.
"He reacted to an action by the Indian. We will at least try to discredit the aggression and fight to have him tried under a more lenient offense," he stated.
Obina himself had already defended himself last week:
"It wasn't the way they're saying. I didn't mean to hurt the Indian," the striker said.
