In a ceremony marked by informality and bonds of friendship, yesterday morning at Maracanã, a loyalty agreement was signed between Flamengo, Fluminense, and Suderj, allowing the two clubs to play 70% of their home games at the stadium. In exchange, they will pay a symbolic fee of R$5.800,00, in addition to the cost of the mobile board, saving approximately R$30 per game compared to paying the full fees.
The current agreement is likely to turn into a rivalry when the Maracanã privatization project is presented in 2008. Flamengo president Márcio Braga has made it clear that he has no interest in co-managing the stadium with Fluminense. The agreement only lasts until the end of the year. Flamengo president Roberto Horcades assured that the club will seriously enter the race to manage Maracanã, with the support of Unimed, the club's sponsor. The director explained why he withdrew from the bid for the Engenhão stadium.
"We considered the Engenhão stadium, but a small wind was enough to knock down the stadium wall. The Maracanã has been solid since 1950, has excellent facilities, and is a perfect venue for Fluminense and its fans," he said.

In the text of the sentence, the judge declares the 100% adjustment in the unduly increased tickets null and void and orders Ferj to bear the costs of the process and the lawyers' fees, set at R$20.
"The judge ruled in favor of our lawsuit against the increase. But an appeal is still possible," said prosecutor Rodrigo Terra.

"My mother and my aunts are Fluminense fans, and it was a beautiful union. But, starting January 2008, XNUMX, the story will be different. That's because Maracanã will be privatized.
