One of the Marketing Department's goals is to increase the number of official Nação Rubro-Negra stores throughout Brazil and around the world. In December 2013, the club reached the milestone of 50 licensed stores. There are establishments in Rio de Janeiro, the Federal District, Espírito Santos, and Amazonas. Each sells only licensed products and serves as a meeting point for fans to connect with Flamengo. Some will offer coffee service for a quick snack and free Wi-Fi.
 
All licensees rely on licensed product suppliers, who must sell their products in official stores, offering cost advantages. Additionally, each licensee has access to the services of an architecture firm to customize their store, a management system, and exclusive training for operators, managers, cashiers, and salespeople. The marketing team also provides regular supervision to ensure each licensee's success.
 
Stores in Cascavel, Foz do Iguaçu, and Uberlândia will open by early 2014. The city of São Luís will have two, and the first will open in December. The club is currently evaluating 50 requests to open new stores.
