According to a release from Spring Editora, the same publisher of the Brazilian edition of Rolling Stone magazine, the report provides a behind-the-scenes look at the team's journey to the national title.

The release also highlights the internal problems that began with Andrade's appointment as coach. According to the publication, a supposed gentlemen's agreement between the candidates for Flamengo's presidency was crucial. "Everyone agreed to avoid making any comments or promises that could jeopardize the Flamengo team's ascendancy. This tone was maintained even after the election, which was won by former swimmer Patrícia Amorim," the release states, also emphasizing striker Adriano's leadership role.
