Flamengo's board members unanimously approved on Monday night (01.08) the model of the third shirt, which will be launched by the club's official sports equipment supplier, Olympikus, at the end of this month. The vote, given the result, was very calm, in the club's main hall.
According to Olympikus' product development supervisor, Fabiano Vieira, the unanimous approval of the board members was expected by the sports equipment manufacturer, after all, it is a classic shirt, which promises to delight fans.
"We can say this in advance: it's a classic shirt. In this model, we tried to convey the concept of a stadium, with lights and crowd movements. The piece will have this communication present throughout. I'm sure these details will light up the shirt," said Fabiano.
Olympikus intends to launch Flamengo's third shirt at the end of this month, along with the launch of the 2011 casual fashion. The exact date, once scheduled, will be announced on Flamengo's Official Website.
