EXTRAORDINARY MEETING\ NOTICE OF CALLING\

The members of the Deliberative Council of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned,

at the request of the DD President of the Fiscal Council, based on Art. 79, section II, combined with Art. 115, section XIII, of the Statute, so that the plenary session becomes aware of matters related to FLAMENGO's interests regarding the Gávea revitalization plan, in accordance with article 88, XX, of the Statute.

The Extraordinary Session will be held on July 30th, Monday, at Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997, Lagoa, at 19:19 pm in the first call and at 30:XNUMX pm in the second and final call, when the minutes of the previous session will be assessed and voted on.

Note: The official letters and documents sent by the Fiscal Council are available for consultation by council members at the Council Secretariat, from 10 am to 19 pm.

The attendance book will be available from 18 pm.
