Deliberative Council calls extraordinary meeting

The members of the Deliberative Council of the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned to the Extraordinary Meeting to be held on January 9, 2012, Monday, in the main hall, at Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997, Lagoa, at 7:00 p.m., in the first call and at 7:30 p.m. in the second and final call, for the following agenda:
1. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.
2. Assessment and voting of the Proposal for an ATYPICAL LEASE DEED, UNDER SUSPENSIVE CONDITION, entered into by CLUBE DE REGATAS DO FLAMENGO, REX and EBX PARTICIPAÇÕES LTDA., for the lease of the Hilton Santos Residential Building, located at Av. Rui Barbosa, No. 170, Flamengo, R/J, accompanied by the opinions of the Fiscal Council and the Permanent Committees of Finance, Works and Legal Affairs.
3. General Matters.
It is worth reminding all councilors that the above proposal is available for consultation by councilors from 11 am to 20 pm.
