DELIBERATIVE COUNCIL

EXTRAORDINARY MEETING

In accordance with article 89, sole paragraph, the members of the Deliberative Council of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned to the Extraordinary Meeting to be held on July 09th, Monday, in the Noble Hall, 2nd floor, Club Headquarters, at Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997, Lagoa, at 19:19 p.m. for the first call and at 30:XNUMX p.m. for the second and final call, for the following agenda:

1. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.

2. To review and vote on the Service Provision Agreement for Analysis, Negotiation and Sale of Sponsorships to be signed between Clube de Regatas do Flamengo and The Bonham Group, Inc., accompanied by the opinions of the Fiscal Council and the Permanent Finance and Legal Affairs Committees.

3. General Matters.

The attendance book will be available from 18 pm.

The opinions and contract are available for consultation by Councillors at the Council Secretariat, from 10am to 19pm.
