The CR Flamengo Choir is in full swing. The group has been rehearsing since February and has welcomed five more club members this year. The next performances will be on May 22nd at 19 pm at the Army Museum, in the Salão Nobre of the Gávea headquarters, on May 25th at 16 pm, and at the AABB of Banco do Brasil on May 31st, also at 16 pm.

The current repertoire consists of international hits, classical music, and Brazilian Popular Music. The performance list includes the songs "New York, New York," "Eu sei que vou te amar," "Mas que nada," "Exodus," "Primavera," and "The Sound of Music."

The CR Flamengo Choir, formed in 2006, is composed of both men and women and rehearses on Tuesdays from 15 p.m. to 18 p.m. in the playground at the Gávea clubhouse. According to conductor Luiz Lima, there are still five spots open for club members who want to join the group.
