The Flamengo choir's sixth anniversary was celebrated this Saturday (02.06) with much pomp. The party was held at the Choir Meeting, which was attended by five other choirs, as well as Flamengo president Patricia Amorim.

The Flamengo president made a point of congratulating the Flamengo group, which has 56 members and is conducted by maestro Luiz Lima. She also praised the event, organized by Fla-Gávea secretary Tânia Luiza and the club's general manager Celso.

"I want to thank everyone for coming and also thank everyone who works for the choir. I wish you much light, luck, and success. Flamengo is a social club, and I am very proud to be its president. Thank you all," said the president.

Flamengo Choir rehearsals are held every Tuesday, from 16pm to 19pm, in the Rogério Steinberg auditorium, located on the second floor of the CRF social headquarters.
