The members of the Deliberative Council of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned to meet in an extraordinary session, to be held, in the first call at 7:00 p.m. and in the second call at 7:30 p.m., next September 14th, Monday, in the Main Hall, 2nd floor, Club Headquarters, at Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997, Lagoa, to deliberate on:

1. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.

2. To assess and vote on the opinion of the Commission of Inquiry regarding the acquisition of the athlete Kleberson, whose restriction is set out in Approval Rate da accountability of the Board of Directors, referring to the fiscal year 2007.

3. To consider and vote on the opinion of the Preliminary Investigation Committee, regarding the signing of the contract with the Flamengo Plaza Consortium, given the non-compliance by the investigated party with the decision of the plenary session of the Deliberative Council.

4. General Matters.

The documents are available for consultation by council members at the Council Secretariat, from 10 am to 19 pm.

The attendance book will be available from 18 pm.
