Monday morning (May 09.05th) was a celebration and a tribute to Mother's Day, celebrated last Sunday. Around 60 employees of the Flamengo Regatta Club were in the Main Hall, located on the second floor of the headquarters, for "Breakfast." The event, which is becoming a tradition under Patricia Amorim's management, featured a raffle of official gifts and had as partners TIM, Olympikus, Loja Fla, Restaurante Plataforma and Salão Bartô, in addition to the board members themselves, who made a point of contributing.

"I think this initiative is wonderful. This is the second year we've been honored on Mother's Day. Only Patricia, a mother of four, could have such sensitivity and attitudes like this," said Jussara Santiago, secretary of the Marketing department.

"Before, we didn't have this recognition. It would be like any other day," revealed another employee.

After a hearty breakfast, the red-and-black leader did the honors of the house with another beautiful and firm speech, thanking everyone for their presence.

"It's in the day-to-day, in the affection, in the look. I'm here just passing through, but I leave my affection and respect for all the employees. It doesn't hurt to be kind, to say thank you, and best of all, to see that it's reciprocated. Congratulations to all for another year. I wish I could be with you more, but I have a nation to care for," said Patricia Amorim.

To show their appreciation, the employees gave the president a personalized plaque with the following words:
