EXTRAORDINARY MEETING

The members of the Deliberative Council of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned to the Extraordinary Meeting to be held on August 07th, Tuesday, in the Noble Hall, 2nd floor, Club Headquarters, at Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997, Lagoa, at 19:19 p.m. for the first call and at 30:XNUMX p.m. for the second and final call, for the following agenda:

1. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.

2. To consider and vote on amendments to Article 131 and its subparagraphs, Articles 133 and 134 of the Statute, accompanied by the opinion of the Standing Committee on Statute.

3. General Matters.

The attendance book will be available from 18 pm.

The opinions are available for consultation by Councillors at the Council Secretariat, from 10am to 19pm.
