DELIBERATIVE COUNCIL

REGULAR MEETING

The members of the Deliberative Council of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned to the ordinary meeting to be held on December 10th, Monday, in the Noble Hall, 2nd floor, Club Headquarters, at Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997, Lagoa, at 19:19 p.m. for the first call and at 30:XNUMX p.m. for the second and final call, for the following agenda:

1. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.

2. To assess and vote on the Board of Directors' financial statements for the 2006 fiscal year, accompanied by the opinions of the Supervisory Board and the Permanent Finance Committee.

3. General Matters.

The attendance book will be available from 18 pm.
