EXTRAORDINARY MEETING

The members of the Deliberative Council of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned to an Extraordinary Meeting to be held on the next APRIL 28, MONDAY, in the Main Hall, 2nd floor, Club Headquarters, at Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997, Lagoa, at 19:19 p.m. for the first call and at 30:XNUMX p.m. for the second and final call, for the following agenda:

1. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.

2. Authorize the president of FLAMENGO to sign a contract for attorney fees, accompanied by the opinions of the Fiscal Council and the Permanent Committees of Finance and Legal Affairs.

3. General Matters.

The attendance book will be available from 18 pm.
