The referee for this Thursday's Vasco vs. Flamengo match, a postponed first-round match of the Brasileirão, will be Evandro Rogério Roman. The draw took place Tuesday afternoon at the CBF.
The Paraná native has been frowned upon at Gávea since the first-round Fla-Flu match. On that occasion, he sent off two Flamengo players (Juan and Roger) and angered vice president of football Kléber Leite. Recently, Roman refereed Juventude vs. Flamengo and disallowed a legitimate goal by Leo Moura. Once again, the officials complained.
Evandro will have Hilton Moutinho and Ediney Ferreira Mascarenhas, both from Rio de Janeiro, as assistants.
