Earlier this month, Flamengo won the 4th Brazilian Interclub Table Football Championship (dice game) for the first time in its history, held on February 5th and 14th at the AABB/Tijuca headquarters. Flamengo took the trophy with four rounds to spare, after accumulating XNUMX wins and only one loss.

With the triumph, Flamengo achieved another feat: becoming the first club to win two table football tournaments: dice and 12-touch ball. Another added bonus from the victory earlier this month was beating rival Vasco da Gama, who finished runner-up.

A standout for the red-and-black team in the competition, Ronald Neri described the feeling of wearing a Brazilian shirt for his favorite club.

"It's indescribable. We had it in our heads that this title would be ours no matter what. We trained hard, two, three times a week, and now we see our duty fulfilled. The pleasure Flamengo gave us in wearing this jersey was repaid with the victory," he explained.
