The Marvelous City International Beach Soccer Tournament kicked off this Wednesday (November 14.11) at the Maestro Junior Arena in Gávea. Flamengo's men's team performed well, defeating América 5-1, with goals from Rafael Amorim, Rodrigo Gama, Eduardo Mosca, Bruno Xavier, and Bernardo Martins. To close out the day, the Flamengo women's team defeated Botafogo 4-1, with goals from Vanessa, Viviane, Fernanda, and Mengão star Dani Barbosa.

The second round of the group stage takes place this Thursday. Flamengo takes on Spartak Moscow at 11 a.m. in the men's championship and faces UFL Soccer (USA) at 17:15 p.m.
