One of the most irreverent fan groups in Rio de Janeiro football will celebrate its 15th anniversary on July 10th. Fla Manguaça will celebrate in style. All members, collaborators, and supporters are invited to the party, which will be held at the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo's nautical headquarters.

The event will feature a samba circle, drums from the Simpatia É Quase Amor group, and percussionists from the lively Bateria Nota 51 from Fla Manguaça. Tickets cost R$40 (members) and R$50 (non-members). The first 200 people to attend will receive a t-shirt and a mug from the fans. Those who follow will receive only the mug. Manguaça president Felipe Amorim explains that the celebration is for all Flamengo fans.

"Completing 15 years is a great honor for everyone who saw this fan club grow from a joke in a condominium and now sees the fans known throughout Brazil. We're going to throw a special party and the entire Red-Black Nation is invited to celebrate with us," he said.

The event will also have the support of Flamengo's sports equipment supplier, Olympikus.
