After defeating leaders Joinville at home, Flamengo plays its second match in front of its fans against Univates/Bira, at 21 pm, at the Tijuca Tênis Clube gymnasium, in Rio de Janeiro.

The Rio de Janeiro team is looking to take advantage of the home game to close in on the NBB leaders. The red-and-black team is in fifth place with 11 points, but has two games in hand over Joinville due to its participation in the South American Club League.

Univates/Bira, meanwhile, is on the rebound. After losing its first five NBB games, the Lajeado, Rio Grande do Sul, team has won two straight and moved up to 13th place with nine points.

In addition to facing Univates/Bira, Flamengo also takes to the court next Sunday, at 11 am, against GRSA/Bauru, in a rescheduled game valid for the seventh round of the NBB.
