"Rubro-negro para sempre" (Rubro-Negro Forever) reached its first major goal at the end of the year: finishing the first batch of bricks (five thousand). Last Tuesday (December 27.12), the milestone was reached, further encouraging everyone involved in the project. The next step is to reach the target of 10 bricks sold by Carnival.

Aware that fans will continue to be the biggest partners in the endeavor to build the first part of Flamengo's training center (the professional module), the club's vice president of marketing, Henrique Brandão, hopes that advertising campaigns, which will be carried out starting in January, will boost the club's sales figures forever.

"First of all, we'd like to thank the fans who bought the bricks and believed in our work. The sale of these 10 units shows that we're on the right track and that the project is a success. With the resumption of professional football activities, we will also resume promoting the campaign. Furthermore, we believe we will have a significant impact on the red-and-blacks when construction actually begins, on a date yet to be determined, but still in January. Sales continue, and we're counting on the fans to reach the XNUMX mark by Carnival," said Henrique Brandão.

Cities that sold the most
The capital of Rio de Janeiro continues to be the city that has purchased the most bricks so far. With over 48% of sales, Rio de Janeiro is followed by São Paulo, with 4,75%. In third place in the ranking of municipalities is Niterói (RJ), with 4,25%, followed by Brasília (DF), with 2,95%, Manaus (AM), with 1,65%, Vitória (ES), with 1,44%, Taguatinga (DF), with 1,30%, Salvador (BA), with 1,13%, Vila Velha (ES), with 1,02%, Fortaleza (CE), with 0,97%, Belo Horizonte (MG), with 0,94%, Cuiabá (MT), with 0,87%, Juiz de Fora (MG), with 0,71%, Volta Redonda (RJ), with 0,61% and Natal, with 0,59%.

Ranking by states
When the brick sales tally is broken down by state, some positions are reversed. Rio de Janeiro remains the leader, with 59,75%, but is followed by the Federal District, with 7,70%. In third place is São Paulo, with 6,85%, Minas Gerais, with 3,90%, and Espírito Santo, with 3,23%.
