At a meeting with the board of directors of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo late Friday afternoon, Mayor Eduardo Paes fulfilled the agreement with the Rio clubs and confirmed the allocation of R$5 million for the completion of the George Helal Training Center, known as Ninho do Urubu. Completing the training center has always been a priority for the current Flamengo administration. Construction will begin within 30 days of receiving the funds.
