Flamengo supports prevention of viral hepatitis

Rubro-negro will enter the field against Grêmio promoting the federal campaign

By - in
The Ministry of Health launched a national campaign this week to combat viral hepatitis. And as the country's most popular club, Flamengo couldn't be left out. Represented by marketing manager Claudio Fontenelle, the Rubro-Negro club attended the campaign's launch event and has already established its first "partnership": it will take the field against Grêmio this Saturday (July 30.07) at Engenhão Stadium, carrying a banner promoting the importance of preventing the disease.

In addition to promoting the campaign, Flamengo donated a jersey autographed by the entire professional soccer team to the Ministry. The jersey will be auctioned, with all proceeds going toward the campaign. Health Minister Alexandre Padilha was also presented with a personalized jersey and, in gratitude, posed for photos wearing the jersey and a Flamengo cap.
