Clube de Regatas do Flamengo signed this Wednesday (06) the option to purchase a plot of land on Avenida Brasil, for the construction of its stadium, which should have capacity for between 50 and 55 thousand fans. The option is valid for 120 days and during this period Flamengo will carry out a series of studies on documentation, land feasibility and business plans. The site has approximately 160 thousand square meters and is located between Manguinhos and Benfica, in the West Zone of the road.
