Flamengo and Olympikus, the club's official sports brand, launched a special shirt this Sunday at the Maracanã to commemorate the club's sixth Brazilian championship victory. The "Hexa na Raça" shirt celebrates the title and the team's campaign of overcoming obstacles. The shirt was available for sale this Monday at Fla Concept, the club's official store in partnership with the supplier, and was a hit with both the public and critics.

With a winning streak and recovery, Flamengo reached the top four in the 4rd round and in the 33th round, the penultimate round of the championship, took the lead by defeating Corinthians. The commemorative jersey was presented to the fans by the players themselves, who wore it on the field to celebrate the title. This Monday, demand for the jersey was already high at Fla Concept, Olympikus's Flamengo store in Gávea.

White with red and black accents on the collar and sleeves, the jersey features the inscription "Hexa na Raça" on the chest and the number 6 on the back. It's developed with Olympikus' exclusive play-action technology to reduce body contact with sweat. The jersey hits stores later this week.

"The Brazilian title is the highlight of a year that marked the beginning of a new era for Flamengo. And Olympikus is proud to be part of building this new era. We produced a shirt to reflect this historic moment and to give fans a unique piece that symbolizes all the pride in being a Flamengo fan," said Tullio Formicola Filho, Sports Marketing Director at Olympikus.

Olympikus celebrates the title with Flamengo five months after becoming the official sports brand on July 1st of this year. Before the title, the lucky brand's relationship with the club already led to record shirt sales, the opening of Fla Concept, the largest club store in Latin America, and the launch of the Flamengo Museum complex, which will become a new tourist attraction in Rio de Janeiro.
