Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, with the aim of providing clarification to its members and the red-black fans, informs that for more than a month it has been holding joint meetings with several organized fan groups with the aim of creating a formal, transparent, socially responsible relationship that is very positive for both the club and these fans.
As the terms of this agreement have not yet been validated by all parties, we were awaiting the final agreement for further publicity. Due to the press coverage, we thought it best to advance the items currently under discussion. We make it clear from the outset that the board has not and will not provide tickets to organized fan groups.
1. Conduct Commitment Term
- Keep the peace in the stadiums
- Respect opposing fans
- Protect Flamengo's image
- Respect the commercial interests of the club and its sponsors
- Comply with the obligations of the TAC (Conduct Adjustment Term - Public Prosecutor's Office)
- Respect the Fan Defense Statute
2. In return, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo will facilitate the purchase of tickets by organized fan groups and will begin working together to establish a possible future partnership, with the aim of boosting the Fan Member Program and the sale of items that generate revenue for Flamengo.
Flamengo's board believes that this agreement, to be made with serious organized fan groups that are only interested in strengthening the club, will be very positive for the club, for the fans and for Brazilian football as a whole.
