On October 18th, a declaratory action by the CRFlamengo against the State of Rio de Janeiro was distributed in the 9th Public Finance Court with the aim of nullifying the act of Governor Sergio Cabral against the Gávea Revitalization Program.

This aims to reinstate the previous government act that authorized the club's project.
