Fans interested in becoming full members of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo can purchase the title in up to 20 installments of R$575. From the date of registration, the member is exempt from the maintenance fee for five years (half of the maintenance fee that is set for Patrimonial member titles).

The purchase grants the right to use the headquarters facilities, to be part of the Deliberative Council after two years of membership, and to have dependents (wife, mother, and children up to 18 years of age).
