Flamengo themed store in downtown Rio de Janeiro

Cuca's presentation on Monday marked the launch of the FlaShop project, Flamengo's first official themed store. Fans, who voted on the store's name, will find exclusive products, such as a box set featuring three DVDs chronicling the club's third-ever Carioca championship title and even a chocolate panettone for Christmas.

The store is a partnership between Flamengo and the Roxos e Doentes chain. According to Ricardo Hinrichsen, the club's marketing director, FlaShop will be the first in a series of themed stores spread throughout the city, both in shopping malls and on the streets.

- We are taking the first step to meet a pent-up demand from our fans who are looking for exclusive Flamengo products and services - he stated.
