Flamengo will launch its television program, TVFla, on the 15th at 20 p.m., in partnership with Esporte Interativo. Created with the mission of bringing Flamengo fans the daily life of the red-and-black team, from professional soccer to other sports, the project encompasses more than just a weekly appearance. Official Club Website, exclusive content, in addition to what is already broadcast on TV, will be broadcast for fans to access at all times, just like on official club page on YouTube.
Knowing that it will be closer to its fans, Flamengo celebrates the achievement. The Esporte Interativo channel is open throughout Brazil through UHF channels, satellite dishes, and is also broadcast on OI TV (116), Claro TV (48), GVT (50), Telefonica (466), and platforms such as the internet, tablets, cell phones, and connected TVs.
"This is another project we're managing to complete. It's a gift to our fans, who will have a genuine Flamengo program. The nationwide reach is another point worth highlighting. We're the only club in Brazil with this kind of reach, and we need to always remember that. Flamengo fans will be able to watch the program for free via satellite dishes. Furthermore, we have coverage on three major cable TV channels. Not to mention the official Flamengo website, which will have everything shown on television in full, plus other exclusive content, specially prepared for them," stated vice president of marketing Henrique Brandão.
Until the first program is broadcast, TV Fla will already be active on Flamengo's Official Website, bringing a different perspective than other media outlets.
"Our team experiences the club's day-to-day life. That's what sets the project apart. We'll have exclusive images, things fans don't see in any other media outlet. It's a way to bring Flamengo fans closer to the club's stars from various sports," said Henrique Brandão.
Esporte Interativo is also celebrating the launch. After all, according to the club's partner, it's an honor to offer red-and-black fans across Brazil a program created exclusively for them.
"It is a great honor for Esporte Interativo to partner with Flamengo in this new endeavor. We will seek every means to bring more content and excitement to the nation, which will now be able to follow the daily life of its team," said Edgar Diniz, president of Esporte Interativo.
A press conference will be held with representatives from both parties at 10:30 am next Tuesday (08.05) at the Flaconcept Store in Gávea, and more details will be revealed.
