Flamengo Regatta Club congratulates Mr. Luciano Saboia Rinaldi de Carvalho, appointed judge of the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice by His Excellency Governor Sérgio Cabral. Due to this new commitment, the current Flamengo fan resigned from his position as Flamengo's legal director and deserves our full support.
 
The inauguration ceremony will be held next Monday (18.04), in the plenary of the Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro.
