Through its official academy in Ceará, Flamengo will hold tryouts in several cities across Ceará from December 5th to 18th. Through the selection process, which will be open to boys born between 1993 and 2003, Flamengo hopes to uncover new talent for its youth teams. Registrations will be made through the website www.craquerubronegro.com.br.

The tryout will last 30 minutes, and aspiring players will be required to demonstrate their talent in their chosen position. The judging panel will be comprised of professionals from Flamengo's youth academy and its Escolinha Fla do Ceará. It's worth noting that all players who participate in the tryout will receive a month of free classes (in January or February 2012) at any Escolinhas Fla location. To do so, simply present your "tryout passport."
