Flamengo Regatta Club received a motion from the Rio de Janeiro City Council, proposed by Councilman Rubens Andrade, to support the "Make a Person Smile" Project, which has been serving the Realengo neighborhood for five years, assisting children with special needs and women living with HIV. Flamengo's executive marketing director, Ricardo Hinrichsen, represented the club at the ceremony.
