Flamengo receives at Morro da Viúva
Real estate company REX has signed a lease agreement and will be transformed into a four-star hotel.

Flamengo Regatas Club received approximately R$9 million this Wednesday from REX, a real estate and hotel company, for the lease of the Morro da Viúva building, one of the club's headquarters. The building is located across from Sugarloaf Mountain, one of the most exclusive areas in Rio de Janeiro.
Since the beginning of the year, the club has been working on the process of fully vacating the apartments, a prerequisite for payment to be made. The property has 160 apartments, which will be converted into 300 hotel rooms.
