Flamengo hosts the opening of the project "Building Citizenship in Schools"

About 100 children from the municipal school system were at Flamengo today for the opening of the "Building Citizenship in Schools" project and were able to see Flamengo's past idols up close. Lectures were given in the club's main hall, and to close the event, Adílio, Júlio César "Uri Geller," and Rondinelli captivated the students with their life stories.
Civil Defense officials were the first to speak to the children. COMLURB garbage collectors followed, presenting a repertoire full of games, all focused on educating children about waste disposal.
To close the event, the highlight of the party: Adílio, Julio Cesar "Uri Geller," and Rondinelli wowed the kids as they shared their life stories. The stars also answered questions from the students, who were incredibly curious.
"I really enjoyed the talks, especially the ones from the Flamengo players. They talked about what we need to do to reach a prominent position," said Adriano de Souza, 15, a student at Darci Vargas School.
