Clube de Regatas do Flamengo announces that the distinguished Plínio Serpa Pinto is the club's new Vice President of External Relations. A member of the club since 1985, Plínio served as Vice President of Football from 1996 to 1998 and has also served as Executive Director. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Brasil Brokers, a major real estate company.
