LANCEPRESS!
Flamengo returns to action this Wednesday at 18 p.m. for the São Paulo Junior Football Cup. After a draw in its opening match against União Barbarense, Flamengo needs to beat ABC to stay in the competition. The Rio Grande do Norte club leads Group E with three points.
For this Wednesday's match, Flamengo will make only one change to its lineup. Full-back Leonardo, with pain in his right knee, will be replaced by Gallardo. Coach Armênio Moura was pleased with the team's performance but hopes it has better adapted to the playing conditions.
"We hope the players have already adapted to the poor pitch. We played well against União Barbarense, creating chances, but the emotional aspect and the pitch hindered us, especially when it came to finishing," said Armênio.
In the other Group E match, Hortolândia, which has no points, faces União Barbarense, which has one.
The Flamengo team that will enter the field will be: Diego, Gallardo, Lucas, Henrique and Jorbison; Lenon, Elivelto, Bruno and Guilherme Camacho; Bruno Paulo and Diego Maurício.
