Flamengo Regatta Club continues its modernization journey. As has happened several times this year, employees of Brazil's most beloved club will have the opportunity to attend a lecture on sustainable development and consumption this Thursday morning (August 12.08th) by Udo Gebrath, head of sustainability at the EBX group.
With the expert's content, Flamengo employees will be able to share the concept of sustainability with children and young athletes from the club's sports academy and base. The lecture will also serve to identify environmental revitalization initiatives for Remo's training center, in partnership with the Lagoa Limpa project, and will mark the beginning of the club's waste collection and disposal project.
Flamengo employees will also take part in an environmental walk, on a date to be determined, still in August, at the club's headquarters in Gávea, with the support of the EBX group's sustainability area, with the aim of diagnosing possibilities for environmental improvement at the club.
