July 15th will be marked for the red-black members as a space dedicated to women was opened at the club.

The meeting featured the Flamengo Choir, which performed and brightened up the afternoon for the guests who attended the inauguration of the room.

The events have been taking place since the movement was established in January 2007, and are coordinated by Denise Bauerfeldt, co-owner and wife of Flamengo's vice-president general.

"There will be no exclusions in our space; men are welcome. However, our work will always be focused on the desires of our members," says Denise.
