Flashop launch at Madureira Shopping will feature past idols

Another franchise of the official store of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo will be inaugurated this Thursday (24.03), this time at Madureira Shopping, in the neighborhood of the same name, in the North Zone of Rio. The event will be held from 17 pm and will feature the presence of idols Adílio, Julio Cesar "Uri Gueller", as well as the captain of the five-time champion Fábio Luciano. Entry is free.
The "red-and-black party" will mark the launch of the 2010 collection, which features newly designed uniforms and tracksuits, as well as exclusive accessories from the six-time Brazilian champion and Rio de Janeiro state's most decorated team. In addition, attendees at the store's launch will be able to get autographs from the heroes in attendance. The first 250 guests will also receive a souvenir photo with the former players.
Entrepreneurs Marcelo and Fábio Plaisant are in charge of the business and explain why they chose Madureira Shopping to invest in.
"In addition to the large number of Flamengo fans here, the mall is undergoing a major renovation, providing fans with convenience and security for their shopping," said Marcelo.
On the occasion, the team mascots, Uruba and Urubinha, will also be present and entertain fans, especially the kids. The new 12m² kiosk will sell the entire line of official and licensed products from the red-and-black club. There are over 350 items, including jerseys, mascots, towels, keychains, retro shirts, and baby items.
At least two more Flashop store franchise openings are planned by the end of the year.
